【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthesafetyrequirementsofatwo-handcontroldeviceandthedependencyoftheoutputsignalfromtheinputsignals.ThisInternationalStandarddescribesthemaincharacteristicsoftwo-handcontroldevicesfortheachievementofsafetyandsetsoutcombinationsoffunctionalcharacteristicsforthreetypes.Itdoesnotapplytodevicesintendedtobeusedasenablingdevices,ashold-to-rundevicesorasspecialcontroldevices.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotspecifywithwhichmachinestwo-handcontroldevicesshallbeused.Italsodoesnotspecifywhichtypesoftwo-hand-controldeviceshallbeused.Moreover,itdoesnotspecifythedistancebetweenthetwo-handcontroldeviceandthedangerzone(see9.8).ThisInternationalStandardprovidesrequirementsandguidanceonthedesignandselection(basedonariskassessment)oftwo-handcontroldevicesincludingtheirassessment,thepreventionofdefeatandtheavoidanceoffaults.Italsoprovidesrequirementsandguidancefortwo-handcontroldevicescontainingaprogrammableelectronicsystem(seeclause7).ThisInternationalStandardappliestoalltwo-handcontroldevices,independentoftheenergyused,including:—two-handcontroldeviceswhichareorarenotintegralpartsofamachine;—two-handcontroldeviceswhichconsistofoneormorethanoneseparateelement.
