【摘要】:ThispartofISO/IECTR9573definesthe"ISOCentralSecretariatSGMLapplication"(i.e.elementsrequired,genericidentifiers,attributes,andtheirstructure)forInternationalStandardsandTechnicalReports.AnnexAcontainstheformalSGMLDocumentTypeDefinition(DTD).Thespecificationsinthisdocumentreferto—workingdrafts;—committeedrafts;—draftInternationalStandards;—InternationalStandards;—TechnicalReports;—InternationalStandardizedProfiles[JTC1].Itdoesnotcoversupplements(technicalcorrigendaandamendments).Theapplicationincludesfeaturesthathavebeenaddedtopermititsusebyotherinterestedstandardi-zationbodies.TheformalDTDhasbeendividedintoacommonpartandaspecificpartinordertoeaseitsusebyothers.NOTE1Differencesaremainlyfoundinthefrontmatter.AprocedurewillbedevelopedtoallowconsultationofotherinterestedstandardizationbodiesregardingfutureamendmentstotheDTD.ItisintendedthattheapplicationbeimplementedthroughanSGML-sensitiveeditorwhenusedbypro-jecteditors,projectleaders,andsecretariatsforworkingdraftsduringthedevelopmentofastandardandforsubmissionofthesedocumentstotheISOCentralSecretariatforpublication.Insuchanimple-mentation,promptingbymoremeaningfulnamesthanelementnames(restrictedto8characters)willbeavailable,aswellason-linehelpbothforthedif-ferentelementsandforrulescontainedintheISO/IEC
